Most people whom have had cancer, will start doing extreme sport, like marathon. They have realized that their body is asking them to pay close attention to it.

You might have heard the saying ‘You are what you eat’!

In other words, if you eat meat from slow sluggish animals all your life, your body and metabolism will become the same = slow and sluggish.

If you leave raw or cooked meat on the kitchen counter, after a couple of days (or less), it will start to decay, smell and rot.

This is what happens in your body! Especially if your metabolism is slow and you don’t do sport.

If you put vegetables on the kitchen counter for a few days, what will happen? It will remain fresh. You don’t even need to put it in the fridge. Also, if you put some vegetable grains in water, it will start to grow.

This is what happens in your body! You can’t go wrong with eating vegetables.

After my chemo, I put on 15 kilos due to an early menopause caused by the chemo. My sister bought me a Nutri bullet and told me to buy a juicer and juice celery and apples. My doctor thought I was coocoo, but said that it can’t do any harm.

A friend sent me the book by Jason Vale called 7 pounds in 7 days.

It was a game changer for me. As the chemotherapy didn’t have a positive effect on my cancer, in fact, it started to wake-up again.

Only when I started juicing, did my cancer start to go down. My doctor didn’t want to say that it was due to juicing, but she did ask for the recipe J

When you read the book 7 pounds in 7 days, you will see that it’s not a diet, per sei, it teaches a frame of mind. It teaches you how to listen to your body and give it what it needs.

Many people say that you have to enjoy life! But what they mean by that is drinking and eating bad food because you only live once!

“Please God, take this away, I promise I will never drink again”.

How is this ‘enjoying’ life?

The truth of the matter is, you have to LOVE life to ENJOY life. You have to LOVE your body to ENJOY your body!

You have to give your body what it is asking for.

Your body contains 60% percentage of water, therefore, food containing added salt will mean that you will need to drink more water to counter balance it.

Do you water your plant? How is it, you know how to love a plant but not your body??

Look at your body as a tree. Your hands aiming up to the sky and your feet taking root into the earth. What does this tree need to keep growing?

Artificial food? Coloring? Preservatives? Tabaco?

All of this will surely kill it!

This is an easy way to remember what to eat:

If you plant a seed and water (nourish) it, it will grow!

If you cut it off from the roots, it will die.

Your body was created through love by using a seed. Your body comes from the earth, so food from the ground is healthy for you!
